AFTER SCHOOL
The Gracie Barra Calgary After School Program is a great alternative to traditional after school care. Our ICP certified instructors not only encourage a healthy life style but also provide a positive environment for children to learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside their peers.
WHAT MAKES OUR PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
Our main goal is to provide the tools and skills your child needs to overcome daily obstacles, such as bullying, lack of confidence and lack of self-esteem, help them to develop key social skills and keep the child active, and all of these through the teachings of the gentle art.
- This program is available for children between the ages of 5 to 12
- Professional development days, spring and summer breaks are not included as part of our After School Program
- Courtesy pick up at your child’s school
- Parents should provide snacks
